A new business has found its home in Downtown Paducah.
Located at 311 Broadway Street, Confluence is a music, book, and sober social event space dedicated to bringing people together. Founded in May 2026 by Ashley and Blake Wilson, Confluence was created to fill a growing need for a welcoming “third place”- a space outside of home and work where community can naturally flourish.
Originally coming from the Chicago area, Ashley says that they fell in love with the art scene Downtown Paducah and wanted to contribute to and be a part of it. Confluence offers a curated mix of vinyl records, books, both new and old, as well as calendar of upcoming sober social events. In an increasingly digital world, Ashley and Blake believe there is something special about slowing down, flipping through records, discovering a new book, and sharing those moments with others. The community can look forward to themed genre nights, live music, book-centered events, and fun community centered events that encourage conversation and creativity. With the new addition of Confluence, Downtown Paducah continues to grow as a destination where people can not only shop and dine, but also build, grow, and discover new experiences.
Whether you’re searching for your next favorite album, a great read, or simply a place to belong, Confluence invites you to stay awhile and experience the joy of connecting with others. Celebrate the opening of Confluence by stopping in during their opening weekend! Visit Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm or Sunday, July 12 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
