Participating retailers and restaurants are decked out in different Christmas movies to spread the holiday cheer downtown! John’s Pass Carriage will be offering free horse and carriage rides from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. \nAlso making a visit in Downtown Paducah will be Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Santa house on N Water Street from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. While you’re visiting Santa\, your little ones can catch a ride on the miniature pony in front of the Santa house.
