DESCRIPTION:Join Twin Moon Ho’Ola for a whimsical evening at Vonthera – the dreamy spa and studio in downtown Paducah. This creative duo comes to share the Sounds of Peace – a holistic immersion for the body\, mind\, and spirit. This evening is inspired by creating an experience to dive into ancient holistic methods that promote collective and self healing thru the gift of presence and recieving. In this 7 part Chakra Series\, a 2 hour journey will devote space\, sharing & intention for each sacred energy center which reflects the connection of the nervous system and natural elements. Each energy center will begin with a tea ceremony\, sharing a mudra\, & a breath work sequence\, tied into a unique meditation & sound immersion in dedication to each space we are working through.
