Built in 1905 as the Elks Home, the Grand Lodge on Fifth is one of only two surviving buildings in Paducah constructed specifically for a fraternal organization during that era. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building showcases remarkable architectural details, including its grand oak staircase, decorative pressed tin ceilings, hardwood floors, and expansive windows that preserve the elegance of its early 20th-century design.
